罗斯工程院外籍院士; 新能源电机和功率电子系统专家，哈尔滨理工大学教授。

他提出了各向异性电磁场有限元格式，发明了“发卡式”扁线绕组并率先应用于电动化汽车驱动电机，在高效稀土永磁电机、碳化硅（SiC）基功率电子控制器、油冷技术、振动噪音和新器件/新材料应用领域贡献卓著。获得中国汽车工业科技进步一等奖、北京市科技进步一等奖等十余项奖励和荣誉；也是美国汽车新闻全球汽车供应商杰出创新贡献奖、SAE Forest R. McFarland奖等许多国际奖项得主。

He proposed the anisotropic electromagnetic field finite element scheme, invented the "hair-card" flat wire winding and took the lead in the application of electric vehicle drive motor, and made significant contributions to the high efficiency rare earth permanent magnet motor, silicon carbide (SiC) based power electronic controller, oil cooling technology, vibration noise and new device/new material applications. He has won the First prize of China Automobile Industry Science and Technology Progress, the first prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress and other more than ten awards and honors; He is also the recipient of many international awards, including the AUTOMOTIVE News Global Automotive Supplier Award for Outstanding Innovation and SAE Forest R. McFarland Award.
