谈竹奎正高级工程师，贵州电网有限责任公司电力科学研究院副总经理，IEEE PES直流配电网分委会常务理事/低压直流系统技术分委会常务理事,中国电机工程学会高级会员，中国电工技术学会高级会员。先后从事电力调度自动化、信息技术、直流配电系统、智能配用电、电力需求侧响应、“电力指纹”等方面的工作和研究，获得省部级科技进步一等奖1项，二等奖6项。

Zhukui Tan is a Senior Engineer, aged 47. He is Deputy General Manager of  Electric Power Research Institute of Guizhou Power Grid Co., Ltd,  Executive Director of IEEE PES DC Distribution Network Subcommittee and of Technical Subcommittee of Low-voltage DC System and Senior member of China Society of Electrical Engineering(CSEE) and China Electrotechnical Society(CES).

He has successively engaged in the work and research of power dispatching automation, information technology, DC distribution system, intelligent power distribution, power demand side response, "power fingerprint", and won one first-prize and six second-prizes of provincial-level scientific and technological progress awards.
