
文福拴教授
浙江大学
于1985年和1988年在天津大学分获学士和硕士学位,1991年在浙江大学获得博士学位。1997年5月开始担任浙江大学教授和博士生导师;1999年开始担任浙江大学电力经济及信息化研究所首任所长;2010年开始担任浙江大学-网新智能电网联合研究中心首任主任。
主要从事电力系统故障诊断与系统恢复、电力经济与电力市场、电力系统规划与运行优化、智能电网与电动汽车、人工智能在电力和综合能源系统中的应用等方面的研究工作。发表的论文被SCI收录200余篇, EI收录650余篇, Scopus收录720余篇, 被引16200余次。完成和承担国家科技部973课题、863课题、国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然基金项目、国家电网公司、南方电网公司等170余个科研项目。
文福拴教授因在电网故障诊断方面的贡献当选IEEE Fellow。
Prof. Fushuan Wen

Prof. Fushuan Wen received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from Tianjin University in 1985 and 1988, and his Ph.D. degree from Zhejiang University in 1991, and has been a professor and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University since May 1997; the first director of the Institute of Electric Power Economics and Informatization at Zhejiang University since 1999; and the first director of the Zhejiang University-Netsin Smart Grid Joint Research Center since 2010.
Prof. Fushuan Wen is mainly engaged in research work on power system fault diagnosis and system recovery, power economy and power market, power system planning and operation optimization, smart grid and electric vehicle, and application of artificial intelligence in power and integrated energy system. He has published more than 200 SCI papers, 650 EI papers, 720 Scopus papers, and has been cited more than 16,200 times. He has completed and undertaken more than 170 research projects, including 973 projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, 863 projects, National Science and Technology Support Program, National Natural Science Foundation of China, State Grid Corporation, and Southern Power Grid Corporation.
Prof. Fushuan Wen has been elected IEEE Fellow for his contribution to power grid fault diagnosis.
